Mounjaro out-of-fridge day counter and pen check
Keep this with your Mounjaro supply. It counts the days each pen or vial spends out of the refrigerator, records where it was kept, and lists the label's checks to run before every injection, at home or while traveling.

Time out of the refrigerator
Write each stretch out of the fridge on its own line and keep a running total. Moving it back into the fridge pauses the count; it does not reset it.
