My Mounjaro results record
Keep your own month-by-month numbers (dose, weight, A1C, missed doses and side effects) so you can judge your progress against trial and real-world averages rather than online reviews, and bring the record to each dose review.

Month-by-month record
Record the dose change on the date it happens, and write down any week you missed or delayed an injection.
| Month | Weekly dose (mg) | Weight | % change from start | A1C, if checked | Missed doses | Side effects | Notes |

Reference points from studies
- SURPASS-1 (type 2 diabetes, no other diabetes medicines): HbA1c fell 1.87 to 2.07 points over 40 weeks across the 5 to 15 mg doses.[1]
- SURPASS-1: average weight loss was 7.0 to 9.5 kg, depending on dose.[1]
- US health-record study: people still taking tirzepatide at 12 months had lost 15.3% of body weight on average; counting everyone who started, the average was 11.4%.[2]
- In the same study, follow-up ended because of stopping treatment for 55.9% of tirzepatide patients.[2]
For your next dose review
- Is my change so far in the range studies report for my dose and diagnosis?
- Have I been on this dose long enough to judge it?
- Are missed doses or side effects holding my dose back?
- If my result is small, is a dose change, a different medicine or another cause worth looking at?
- What happens to my weight and A1C if I stop, and how would we plan for that?
Measure the same way every time
- Same scale, same time of day, similar clothing
- Write the A1C date next to each result
- Note illness, travel or a missed week beside that month
- Compare with your own starting point, not with someone else's post
